Set photos from "Chicago P.D." Season 3 reveal that Lindsay will be reunited with Halstead as she will try to save him after he was kidnapped. More news about the series is that Dash Mihok has been casted to be part of the show's third season.
According to Carter Matt, Erin Lindsay could possibly find her way back from the depressing events she went through during the second season of "Chicago P.D." It was seen in the season finale that Lindsay is to be back to her old self as she resigned from her post in the station. However, all that could change as she will have to rescue Halstead.
It was previously reported that the first episodes of the show will be featuring Lindsay, played by Sophia Bush, back to her old vices and spending time with her mother Bunny. However, she has to make a big decision of being a detective again in order to save her friends. In the set photo released, Lindsay was seen looking at a different direction while Halstead is beside her. It still remains to be seen who kidnapped him and if they will be getting out of the sticky situation alive.
Meanwhile, Entertainment Weekly reported that Dan Mihok has been casted as a guest star in "Chicago P.D." Season 3. He will reportedly play the role of a panicked father because his daughter is missing. He will even take a hostage in the police station as he is desperate to have her daughter back.
As for other reports, it has been reported that Burgess and Ruzek's engagement might be called off as the latter feel that he rushed into proposing to her for marriage. Executive producer Matt Olmstead said that Burgess will realize that Ruzek has just gotten into the buzz of being engage but he is not that interested yet in settling down, Realty Today shared.
"Chicago P.D." Season 3 will see Lindsay trying to get back on her feet in an attempt to save Halstead. "Ray Donovan" star Dan Mihok will also be seen as a guest star in the show's upcoming episodes. The series will be back on September 30.
