Najee Smith, the 26-year-old son of "NCIS: Los Angeles" star LL Cool J, was arrested early Tuesday after he got thrown out of NYC Restaurant due to alleged altercation.

Police report says Smith was present at a party in the Catch Rooftop located in the Meatpacking District where he reportedly caused a disturbance. When the club staff asked him to leave, LL Cool J's son became violent and started to fight off bouncers who called the police.

According to Yahoo, prosecutors disclosed that Smith and his co-defendant Flamur Kastrataj were called before a court regarding the charge late Tuesday. Authorities also said that they did not want to leave Catch restaurant located on Ninth Avenue and 13th Street within the city's Meatpacking district, even after being escorted on the way to the exit early Tuesday.

The criminal complaint states that the two pushed another patron in the middle of the confrontation. Police said that Smith became combative during the time they were asked to leave.

Prosecutors also mentioned that the defendants got pro bono legal services. Their attorneys couldn't urgently be located for comment. A call to the representative of LL Cool J's as wells as an email message sent to his agent asking for comments weren't returned right away.

NY Daily News reported that the club's website confirmed that Smith and other companions were attending Catch Rooftop's Monday night social gathering. The organizers bill the place as "one of the most exclusive in the city and is host to fashion models, celebrities, nightlife industry insiders and big spending bottle clients."

Smith made his first controversy online in 2012 as stated by Mirror. LL Cool J's eldest son tweeted photos of himself while sitting on the toilet and also having sex. Najee is the eldest son of James Todd Smith also known as " LL Cool J". The latter has been married to Simone Smith since 1995 and has three daughters namely Nina, Samaria and Italia.

Some agree that this incident may have ended up well if Najee Smith just properly left the club and move somewhere else. While being arrested for altercation seems to be a big deal, other parents who got similar experience with LL Cool J's showed sympathy. Will there be more trouble to come after this scene?
