Beyonce, Jay Z, and Prince to Headline Tidal X Charity Concert in Brooklyn

Tidal will be holding its first ever concert for charity in Brooklyn and it will be filled with high quality entertainment from some of the biggest artists in the music industry including Beyonce, Jay Z, and Prince .

Beyoncé, Jay Z, Prince, Nicki Minaj and Usher will begin the first wave of the star studded lineup scheduled to perform the Tidal X: 1020 charity concert which will take place on October 20th right at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Rolling Stone reported.

Among the other main of performers are Damien Marley, Fabulous, Lil Wayne, T.I., Thomas Rhett, Indochina, DJ Cipha Sounds and DJ Reflex. The concert will also feature performances from Tidal Rising acts Benjamin Booker, Jidenna, Hit-Boy, Bas, Justine Skye and Raury.

Tidal subscribers are entitled for the first access to tickets which started on September 30th, at 12 p.m. EST. Tickets for the concert are priced at $74 through $244 and the general sale will start Friday, October 2nd, at 12 p.m. EST. New World Foundation will administrate the money from ticket sales on behalf of Tidal.

Funds will be shared among several nonprofit organizations and grassroots movements which are dedicated to developing communities and fighting against systemic and social injustices. The charity concert can be live-streamed via Tidal.com for both subscribers and non-subscribers, where they can donate as well.

Jay Z announced on Twitter that Tidal officially arrived at 1 million subscribers following a rocky start. Fans seem to be excited to witness dozens of big artists who are set to hit Tidal X. They await the huge celebration that will make a splash within the live music space.

ET Online said that an insider at the event revealed that every proceeds will "benefit nonprofit organizations dedicated to advancing positive community relations and effecting systemic change for the development and sustainability of just societies, this inaugural event's philanthropic focus."

Thousands of fans seem to be preparing for Tidal X Concert not just for major performances from Beyonce, Jay Z, or Prince, but also to help the charity. For others who can't watch it live in Brooklyn, they have settled to watch it via Tidal.com and ready to make some donations.
