'One-Punch Man' retail exclusives and other show specials will be made available for visitors of the ongoing 2015 New York Comic Con in Manhattan. Viz Media will host various fun activities in its NYCC booth. It also premiered its anime action series just recently.

According to the Anime News Network, Viz Media LLC will be bringing retail exclusives and other merchandise from the popular digital manga 'One-Punch Man' over to the New York Comic Convention in Manhattan. The NYCC will unfold over the 8th of October through the 11th at the Javits Convention Center.

The anime and manga distribution magnate will hold its exhibit in booth #1346 which will host events such as giveaways for manga samplers, postcards, and art cards, as well as the Naruto Mission scavenger hunt and the Sailor Moon tiara giveaway.

Additional exclusive offerings would include the 'One-Punch Man' vol. 1 and 2 bundle priced at 15 USD for loyal fans of the web comic series. Viz Media LLC distributes, licenses and markets numerous best-selling anime and manga titles straight from Japan. It also owns the most extensive collection of the anime and manga material for English-speaking North American audiences and is headquartered in San Francisco, California.

Their website, Viz.com, announced that the new anime adaptation by Madhouse streamed on the same day as its Japan broadcast. The much-awaited first episode, complete with English subtitles, aired just recently on October 4, 2015 and is made available to North American audiences on the Viz Media website as well as on Hulu. Episode one introduces Saitama as an exceptionally powerful hero with the ability to knock out his opponents with a single punch.

According to IGN, Saitama was a common salaryman who trained himself to be the most powerful superhuman alive. He then suffers some sort of an existential crisis and becomes bored because he has become too strong for every monster he had to face. It was reported that the anime reflects the comedic spirit of the original web comics and keeps the tone light despite some scenes of carnage.

'One-Punch Man' is the story of an ordinary guy-turned-superhero who becomes too powerful that he can defeat any opponent with a single punch. The animated release is directed by Shingo Natsume and written for television by Tomohiro Suzuki. The original web comics were created by the manga artist ONE.
