Apple is reportedly to unveil its newest 21.5-inch iMac next week. The Cupertino-based tech giant is said to be currently gearing up to release its latest iMac packed with 4K screen resolution.

According to 9To5Mac, on Tuesday, October 13th, the 21.5-inch 4K Retina iMac is expected to be launched. It will apparently sport 4K display for a guaranteed impressive viewing experience, 4096 by 2304 screen, and faster graphics cards.

The desktop computer will be powered by OS X El Capitan operating system out of the box. Moreover, the new iMac's exterior will look as exactly the same as the current non-4K model. It is speculated to have a panel that includes LED phosphor material, called KSF, which will significantly improve color saturation and image quality. The retail price has not yet been disclosed by Apple, but it will most probably be priced as the same as or slightly higher than the non-4K version.

Some predictions about the other iMacs are circulating around the world of Internet these days as well. The 21.5-inch and 27-inch non-4K iMacs seem to get an update with the release of the new 4K iMac. Additionally, it is still uncertain if the tech giant will include the Bluetooth Keyboard, improved rechargeable battery, and Magic Mouse 2 with Force Touch integration to its forthcoming iMac.

The 21.5-inch 4K Retina iMac is also predicted to sport an Intel Broadwell chipset with Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200 as well as AMD Radeon M380-M395X discrete graphics. However, these are just pure assumptions whether the aforementioned accessories will be integrated along the much-awaited iMac.

At this point, there are no confirmations from Apple yet. While the newest desktop innovation will likely hit the stores on the same day of its official announcement, large quantities are yet to be available until November, as per reports.
