Now, it's Tyrion Lannister being a Targaryen after the Mad King may have seduced, raped, or had an affair with Tywin's wife, Joanna. These theories could shed light to the prophecy Daenerys Targaryen heard in the House of the Undying saying that the dragon has three heads.
