Rumor has it that the upcoming iPhone 7 will have the major redesign ever. Reports suggest that the Apple smartphone will abandon the home button, have major design transformation, and improve the battery life.
The forthcoming iPhone 7 is alleged to arrive in fall of next year. Even then, a lot of rumors about the most-awaited iPhone are already circulating around the Internet these days.
The Apple expert, Gene Munster of Piper Jaffray, has revealed his own expectations for the next iPhone. He believes that 3D touch will replace the home button of the iPhone 7. By getting rid of the home button, the screen will become bigger. Nevertheless, Apple may not do so, since the Touch ID fingerprint scanner is integrated into the home button.
Furthermore, the Piper Jaffray analyst predicts that the new iPhone will have a different design than that of the newly launched iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. A sapphire glass display could be incorporated in the iPhone 7, but some reports claim that the Cupertino-based tech giant may not push through this because of its issue with GT Advanced Technologies.
Another major change to be expected in the new iPhone is its battery. It is suggested that if Apple improves the battery life of the device, it will all the more be welcomed by users. Since it has doubled battery life for its MacBooks, then the tech giant can also do the same with its upcoming iPhone.
Numerous rumors about the iPhone 7 have surfaced online. But all these are just pure assumptions. Apple has yet to confirm any of these first. Nonetheless, this new iPhone will absolutely be the talk of the town once it's released sometime next year.
All Apple users and spectators must watch out for the latest and hottest information about the next iPhone. It may probably get rid of the home button or have some major changes in its design, but it is still best to wait for the company's official announcement.
