Apparently, the Apple Watch has used a small OLED display from LG and Samsung already; thus, the iPhone 7 has a possibility to have this display as well.
Furthermore, the iPhone 7 is predicted to present a full upgrade, unlike the iPhone 6s. There is a probability that it will sport 3D Touch, an improved camera, as well as enhanced Touch ID 2 sensors. It will definitely have a revamped design.
