Xbox Live Gold subscribers can now enjoy Xbox One deals including games like The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing and Thief. Players can check out some free games from Microsoft's Gold promotion.
Microsoft will give Xbox 360 players two free games and another two among the Xbox One owners. The company will also provide additional game to serve as a holiday treat for its loyal fans.
Christian Today reported that Xbox One subscribers can now save $14.99 by downloading the action-adventure game entitled "The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing." The game will be made available for the month of December. They can also start playing "Thief," the 2014 stealth video game, on Dec. 16. The title can be grabbed until Jan. 15 and players will save $29.99.
Xbox Wire described "The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing" as a very simple game to get into - although one with a ton of layers, viewed from an isometric, top-down perspective." Players in the game are expected to be taken into some vampire hunting quest set in the 19th Century Europe.
The month of December will also be exciting for Gold subscribers using the Xbox 360. From Dec. 1 to Dec.15, Xbox 360 users can start to build castles and attack enemies in "Castlestorm," which retails for $9.99 or just do some hacking in the classic "Sacred 3" with $19.99 stash. Also available on the next half of December on Xbox One and Xbox 360 is "Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising."
All of the Xbox 360 games being offered in the promotion of Games for Gold are also guaranteed to be availalble on Xbox One through its compatibility mode,said Thurrott.That's good news for Xbox One users who will get four free games every month.
