"The Voice" just announced the Top 3 artists which includes Chris Jamison from Team Adam, Craig Wayne Boyd from Team Blake and Matt McAndrew also from Team Adam. Buddy TV reported that the Top 3 were selected from the Top 5 were Damien, Craig Wayne Boyd, Taylor John Williams, Matt McAndrew and Chris Jamison.
Looks like Team Adam is in for a good celebration. According to Heavy, the first to be announced was Chris from Team Adam, followed by Craig from Team Blake. A big suspense gripped the crowd when Damien Lawson, Taylor John Williams and Matt McAndrew were left competing for the third spot.
When Matt McAndrew was announced to be the third finalist, a lot of fans were surprised since they thought that Damien Lawson and Taylor John Williams gave their best performance to deserve a spot in the top finalist. Damien and Taylor John were included with past contestants to compete for the Wild Card spot.
The Wild Card performance of past contestants is a tough call for both the audience and the judge. Team Blake's Reagan James sang "Put Your Records On" while her team mate Jessie Pitts performed "Zombie".
Ryan Sill from Team Gwen sang "Marry Me" and Anita Antoinette, also from Team Gwen, performed "Waiting on the World to Change". Their third member Taylor John Williams gave a good performance with "Wicked Game".
Team Pharrell's Sugar Joans chose "Back to Black" as her piece for the Wild Card competition, while her co-team mate Luke Wade performed "Have a Little Faith in Me". It was also reported that DaNica Shirey has the strongest overall body of work when she performed "Without You"
Damien from Team Adam gave a passionate performance with "Grenade". Adam Levine even made a personal plea before the audience saying that Damien deserves a spot in the Top 4.
The biggest cliff hanger of the show was the announcement of who won the wild card performance which will be included in the Top 4. TV line reports that the host, Carson Daly said, "I will reveal the fourth finalist tomorrow morning on the "Today" show, which you all should be watching anyway!"
Now everyone needs to wake up early this Wednesday morning if they want to know which of their favorite artist earns the spot in the Top 4 of this top ranking singing competition.
