NetherRealm Studios have finally devised a way to punish gamers who were prone to rage-quitting. The game developers would be introducing the "Quitality" in the upcoming "Mortal Kombat X," which would be released on April 14th.
Gamers would be seeing the "Quitality" whenever they join the multiplayer game and eventuality decide to give up after finding the game too difficult to defeat. The result would be for the head of the quitting gamer's playable character to blow up in smithereens. The latest "-atality" was first revealed in a recent livestream. After the quitting gamer's head blows up, the surviving gamer would be awarded "a Flawless Victory," based on a report from Action Trip.
The lasted "-atality" would be part of the "Mortal Kombat" tradition of generating random and sometimes silly "-atalities" or finishers like "Animality," wherein the victor turns into, well, an animal as it kills it opponent, or "Babality," which turned the gamers into babies.
Meanwhile, NetherRealm Studios had also shared the "Fatalities" for some of the most popular playable characters. The fatalities were posted on YouTube and featured fighters like Mileena, Takeda, and Kung Jin, based in a report from Digital Trends. Mileena would be seen feasting on her prize; Takeda dismembered his opponent; and Kung Jin would be shooting arrows at his enemy's decapitated head.
In an earlier report, the developers also mentioned that revival of the "Brutalities," the 11-move combo that would be a bit trickier than a "Fatality." Add to that, new characters would be making their debut at "Mortal Kombat X" Among these new characters would be Erron Black, who carries two golden revolvers; and the wish that was finally granted to the gamers, Jason Voorhees and the Predator.
Jason and the Predator would be part of the "Kombat Pack" DLC, which the gamers could now pre-order. "Mortal Kombat X" would be released on April 14th for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Andriod, iOS and the PC.
