Masashi Kishimoto hinted that it could be Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha's relationship that will be featured in a new Boruto: Naruto the movie Spin-off. Aside from a spin-off on Sasuke and Naruto's relationship, Kishimoto also added that a story based on the perspective of Naruto's teacher, Sannin Jiraiya is also a possibility.

‘Boruto: Naruto the Movie’ is screened in Australia from October 15-21, 2015. It debuted in selected territories all across the continent including New Zealand. Anime distributor Madman Entertainment also partnered with Deerstalker Pictures to create a live-action short in celebration of the Australian release.
