After a private security team was hired to track down those violating the new water rules that were implemented to help conserve water, the hottest Hollywood couple today are being fined for wasting too much water in their separate homes. Other celebrities such as Dr. Dre and Denise Richards have also been fined for not following the rules, and may face possible termination of services like Kylie and Tyga if their do not cooperate with Las Virgenes Municipal Water District.
