Android 5.1.1 OTA updates for Nexus 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, and Nexus Player are being rolled out in phases. A browser test showed that the Lollipop upgrade just landed in an Asus Nexus 7 two days ago. Sprint is rolling out Android 5.1.1 updates for LG Nexus 5 with build code LMY48B. The upgrade is also going to hit various Nexus devices such as Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Nexus 10, and Sony Xperia Z3 (model code D66030), and would new animations, improved Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings, camera timeout fix, security enhancements, and others.

The Nexus 5 is set to receive the Android 5.1.1 update from Sprint, while the Moto E is expected to get the same Android version as soon as Motorola confirms positive test results.

Motorola is seen testing three new high-end devices with model numbers XT1578, XT1585, and XT192A within or around Chicago. One of them is expected to be the upcoming Motorola Moto X (3rd Gen). Further, a table shows the difference between Moto X (1st Gen), Moto X (2nd Gen), and Moto X (3rd Gen).

Motorola was said to produce three Moto QHD devices this year, with model numbers XT1578, XT1585, and XT192A. The XT1585 (running Android 5.1.1) had a browser test at HTML5test website, scoring 515. It was expected that one of these devices would be the Moto X 3rd Gen, that was spotted having a 16 MP camera with OIS support, Clear Pixel Technology, 4K recording capabilities, and many more.

Samsung is rumored to be developing the Galaxy Note 5 Edge/Note Edge 2 recently as the device is seen at HTML5test’s website with code Samsung Zenzero. It is expected to come out with 5.4/5.5-inch display, Android M OS, Snapdragon 808 processor, 16 GB storage, 16 MP rear camera with (OIS), and others.
